OUR ROOMS

Children aged three years and older on the check-in date will be charged the full adult rate. There will be no charge for children under three years old on the check-in date. Please include children over three years old in the "Number of guests" section as adult when completing your booking.
Any guests exceeding the number of guests in the original booking during check-in will incur a charge of JPY27,000 per night for each additional guest.

We facilitate prepayment of the full amount while booking is made.
All the bookings made from 1 September 2025 are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
For bookings made prior to 31 August 2025, the guest can refund 90% of the full amount if the booking is cancelled 3 months before arrival.
For bookings made prior to 31 August 2025, the guest will be charged 100% of the total price if they cancel in the 3 months before arrival.
For all bookings, if the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
